Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Savvyeo platform. If the Service does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

1. Subscription Refunds

14-Day Refund Window: If you are a new subscriber, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment. This applies to your initial subscription only — not to renewals or plan changes.

Pro-Rated Refunds: If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the unused portion of your current billing cycle will be credited toward your next billing cycle. We do not issue cash refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.

Renewal Refunds: We do not offer refunds for subscription renewals. If you do not wish to be charged for the next cycle, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

2. Add-On Refunds

Recurring add-ons (Additional Site, Keyword Tracking, Image Alt Text, SEO Pages, Content Engine, Competitor Tracking) follow the same refund policy as subscription plans: refundable within 14 days of first purchase, no refunds on renewals.

3. Top-Up Credits

Top-up credits are non-refundable once purchased. Top-up credits (Image Alt Text, SEO Title & Meta, Content Engine) are consumed on a usage basis and never expire. Because they represent pre-purchased usage capacity, they cannot be refunded.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email billing@savvyeo.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include the email address associated with your Savvyeo account
  • Briefly describe the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • Razorpay payments (UPI, NetBanking, cards): Refund processed within 5–7 business days
  • Stripe payments (international cards): Refund processed within 5–10 business days

The exact time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Service Disruption

If the Service experiences a material outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours, affected users may request a pro-rated credit for the disruption period. This credit will be applied to the next billing cycle. Please contact support@savvyeo.com to report extended service disruptions.

7. Termination for Cause

If your account is terminated by us due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam generation, unauthorized site access, automated abuse), no refund will be provided.
